Corrections

• The price. Sellers change it with no notice and no changelog.
• A fee. A new membership or consult charge changes the all-in figure. The headline may not move at all.
• The unit. A per-vial price shown as monthly is wrong. So is a four-week price shown as a calendar month.
• States served. A seller can stop shipping to your state.
• Whether it is sold at all. Programs close quietly.

• The page on this site, and the figure you think is wrong.
• The seller’s page that shows the right figure.
• The date you saw it. A screenshot helps.

Dates matter here. “Wrong today” and “wrong when read” are different fixes.

We open the seller’s page and read the figure again. Our page is not the evidence. If the seller now shows a different price, the new price replaces the old one. It carries the date of the new read.

If the seller’s page still shows our figure, we write back. The reply names the page and the figure we read.

A missed mandatory fee is added to the figure. $129 of medication plus a required $39 consult becomes $168. That kind of correction only ever raises a figure, or removes it. It never lowers one. How we price covers the arithmetic.

Sellers write in too. A seller’s request is a lead, not a fact. It is checked against the seller’s own live page, the same as any reader’s. A partnership does not skip that step.

We will fix a price a seller shows us is wrong. We will not drop a fee the seller’s own site says you must pay.

A correction fixes a figure that was wrong when we read it. An update records a figure that has since changed. Both leave a dated figure behind. Only the first is our error.

A wrong fact about a peptide’s FDA status, or a source that does not say what we said, goes to the same address. Privacy and legal requests have their own address; every route is on the contact page.
