The bill, in one line
Most headline figures here are first months or prepaid rungs. The standing rate sits in small print, when it exists. For three injections it does not. Sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione quote $149 a month on a three-month plan billed in full. A single month is offered and never priced.
A cash-pay longevity clinic with 40-plus subscription plans. Sermorelin and PT-141 each come as an injection and a nasal spray. NAD+ comes as an injection, a spray, a face cream and a patch. Glutathione comes as an injection, a spray and a patch. GHK-Cu is a cream in two strengths. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come in full-dose and microdose plans. The headline and the bill differ on most pages. Each product leads with its lowest rung. Month-to-month rates, the ones ranked here: sermorelin nasal spray $199. PT-141 is $199 as an injection or a spray. NAD+ nasal spray is $125. NAD+ face cream is $95. The three $199 products open at $149 for month one. The spray and cream also sell a one-time order, at $140 and $120. The patches sell by the kit. NAD+ is $195 a kit bought once. The quarterly plan drops it to $150 a kit. That plan ships two kits and bills $300 for the quarter. Glutathione is $225 once, or $180 a kit quarterly. Its quarter bills $360. Three injections publish no monthly figure. Sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione each read $149 a month. That rate applies to a three-month plan billed in full. First months are $99, $79 and $99. Each page says monthly plans exist. None prices one, so none of the three ranks. The compounded GLP-1s follow the same pattern. The $139 starting price applies to a four-month plan. Microdose semaglutide is $99, also on four months, then $159. Neither publishes a monthly figure. Microdose tirzepatide bills monthly at $159. The site banner calls that its lowest price ever, against $239. Two products print only a first month. GHK-Cu cream is $99 or $149, by strength. The regular rate is never stated. Glutathione nasal spray is $90 for month one, or $110 as a one-time order. Branded GLP-1s arrive as two bills. NovoCare, Amazon Pharmacy or LillyDirect bills the drug. AgelessRx bills a membership: $65 for Wegovy and Zepbound, $50 for the pill. Each page adds the two itself. Wegovy is $414 a month after two intro months. The Wegovy Pill is $349 from month three. Zepbound runs $364, then $464, then $514.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The injection prices need three months paid up front. The compounded GLP-1 floors need four. For patches, prepaying is optional: one kit at a time costs more per kit. The sprays, cream and PT-141 bill monthly with no term. No page says whether a three-month plan ships at once or month by month.
- Cancellation
- The terms allow canceling up to 48 hours before the monthly processing date. The method they give is email, to info@agelessrx.com. The FAQ adds pausing and postponing, on the same notice. Refunds are narrow. After the pharmacy receives an order, a refund is not guaranteed. After it ships, there is none, and no returns. Shipment problems go to the care team within 30 days. Contact them in writing.

- Included on every subscription product, per the FAQ. Approved orders ship from a partner pharmacy within five to seven business days. Delivery is US residential addresses only, with no APO or overseas forwarding. Cold-shipped injectables may not reach Alaska or Hawaii.
