The bill, in one line
The monthly rate is printed on every product and does not rise with the dose, and the consult and shipping sit inside it. The catch is the headline, which is the six-month rung, and a refund policy that closes once a provider has looked at your order.
50 Stars Health is a telehealth platform run by LIVV Care LLC, which takes the payment and connects you with independent prescribers. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, sermorelin, NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, and glutathione. Each product is a subscription with a monthly, three-month or six-month plan, and every price is shown per month.
The figures on the homepage and category pages differ from the monthly bill, because each "Starting at" price is the six-month rung, footnoted "For a 6-month plan paid upfront." On the product pages the monthly plan is printed beside it: semaglutide $146, tirzepatide $220, sermorelin $195, NAD+ injection $209, and NAD+ spray and glutathione $128 each. The GLP-1 pages say "Same price at every dose, no hidden fees," and the FAQ says your cost will not change if your dose is modified. The price is described as covering the consultation, follow-up visits, medication, supplies and shipping. You are charged only after a provider approves the prescription. One charge sits outside that bundle. If you ask for the prescription to go to your own local pharmacy instead, the FAQ says a $125 telehealth physician consultation fee is charged to your card. Discount codes apply to the first month only.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The three- and six-month plans are prepaid options beside the monthly one, and the FAQ says each billing "covers the full amount of medication for that cycle." At the seller's per-month figures, semaglutide works out to $399 every three months or $744 every six, against $876 for six monthly payments. Tirzepatide on the same arithmetic is $603 for three months or $1,098 for six, against $1,320 month to month. Sermorelin runs $495 or $870, and the NAD+ spray and glutathione $327 or $546. To switch plan length later, the FAQ says you have to email support.
- Cancellation
- You cancel from your account in the patient portal, at least two days before the next billing date, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. The FAQ illustrates the cutoff with a refill "processed every 28 days" that can be canceled until day 26; miss it and that refill still ships. The plans renew automatically, and the policies page adds that they renew "even if required actions to maintain an active prescription are not completed." Refunds are narrow: a full refund only if a prescriber has not reviewed the order or declined it. Once a doctor has reviewed it or it has shipped, the FAQ says it is not refundable, though the policies page allows a discretionary partial refund for any undispensed portion. Prescription returns are not accepted. A damaged or wrong shipment has to be reported within 48 hours with photos and the lot number. The terms send disputes to individual arbitration under Florida law, with a 30-day window to opt out.

- Shipping is included on subscriptions, and the product pages promise free two-day delivery once the order ships. The FAQ says filling can take five to seven business days after approval, and some medications ship monthly while others arrive for the whole cycle at once. The box holds the medication and the needed supplies; if the provider adds anti-nausea or constipation medicine, it comes in the first shipment.
