You may not copy substantial parts of the site, including its price data, to republish or sell; scrape or harvest it by automated means; try to break into or disrupt it; interfere with its affiliate links or tracking; or use it for anything unlawful.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these terms takes away a consumer-protection right that the law of the state where you live says cannot be waived.
