All-in monthly cost

The advertised price is the medication. Membership, the consult and shipping can sit outside it. Put them back and see the month you actually pay.

How it works

The medication price is turned into a month first: a price billed every four weeks is charged thirteen times a year, not twelve, and a quarterly or yearly price is spread over its months.

Each fee is then added the way our reviews add it. A monthly fee and a per-order shipping charge land in every month. A one-time consult lands in the first month only. An annual membership is paid in full in the first month and counted as a twelfth in each month after.

The first year adds each fee as often as it is actually charged in a year, which is why it is not simply twelve times the second month.

The seller list opens on the receipts of the 12 sellers we have reviewed. A fee a seller does not state loads empty and is named under the bill; it is never counted as zero on the seller's behalf.
