10Rx, Inc. sells prescription injections through product-specific eligibility and clinical approval. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+ and sermorelin have separate quarterly purchase pages. The service works with a named physician group and multiple pharmacies, so formulation and fulfillment can vary. Its public FAQ says there is no membership program. That removes one common fee category, but it does not settle every possible pharmacy or laboratory charge. A comparison should identify the actual chosen prescription rather than treating every partner as one identical product.
Semaglutide displays $99.67 per month with $299 billed today. Tirzepatide displays $149.67 with $449 collected up front. NAD+ is shown at $116.31 monthly against a $348.93 quarterly bill, while sermorelin shows $172.96 against $518.87. Those are seller-displayed equivalents, not four independent one-month checkout offers. The pricing page says available strengths retain the same price. However, the FAQ says Hallandale’s single-active formulation may carry an additional pharmacy fee. Its broader no-extra-fee message therefore needs confirmation against the selected pharmacy invoice. No pharmacy surcharge amount is established publicly.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The public purchase pages identify quarterly plans. The semaglutide and tirzepatide payment explanation offers Klarna or Affirm to divide the quarterly fee into installments. This changes payment timing rather than the amount of treatment purchased. The contract also recognizes fixed terms and keeps the buyer committed to the selected term. Ending future renewal does not automatically refund unused months within that purchase. Before financing, ask about the lender’s separate agreement, the actual total due and what happens financially if the clinician changes or stops treatment.
- Cancellation
- The terms distinguish an initial request stopped before prescription writing from a refill stopped at least 48 hours before transmission to the pharmacy. Once the prescription has been transmitted, cancellation is unavailable under the stated policy. Future renewal can be stopped in the account portal or by contacting support. A pause can restart unless it is canceled. The contract generally excludes refunds for fulfilled orders and partly used terms, with limited discretionary exceptions. An error, damage or recall should be raised promptly, but a routine change of mind is not a published refund guarantee.
- Shipping
- Consultation, shipping and ongoing support are advertised as included in the base program. The FAQ describes insulated packaging that differs by pharmacy, with a thermos-style container at Optimal Balance and ice packs at Hallandale and Vials RX. It estimates typical delivery in two to three business days and warns of longer carrier delays. That is not a guarantee measured from the first quiz. Confirm the pharmacy’s processing date, supplied materials and replacement process before assuming an order will arrive by a fixed date. The broader contractual pharmacy list includes Boothwyn, which has a January 2026 FDA warning; its presence on that list does not establish the sender of any particular package.
