The higher one is the figure to budget for. The longer rungs are cheaper per month. Semaglutide drops to $116 on six months. Sermorelin and NAD+ drop to $116. Glutathione drops to $74. Some visitors see a different card. It shows only a starting price. That price is the six-month rung, not the monthly one. No membership fee applies. The pages say "No hidden fees or membership required". Consult, supplies and shipping sit inside the price.

- The three- and six-month plans are the other published option. Each prints a per-month figure only. No page says whether the plan is charged up front or monthly. Ask checkout before committing to a longer rung.

- You can pause, skip or cancel from your account. The help center puts it in the Treatments section. Changes made before the shipment cutoff apply immediately. The terms add a timing rule.
