NAD+ injections cost this much a month from telehealth sellers that publish a price. Each figure is computed from those prices, and they move as the prices are read again.

Where most prices fall
A median hides the shape of the market. The chart counts sellers in each price band. A quote can then be placed against the whole field.
- Under $1008 sellers
- $100 to $14935 sellers
- $150 to $19980 sellers
- $200 to $24939 sellers
- $250 to $29912 sellers
- $300 and up6 sellers
A price far below the middle usually carries a condition. It may need a multi-month commitment, or the consult may be billed apart. The plan length pricing guide explains why one seller can quote four prices for the same vial.
A nasal spray is the main alternative on the same telehealth menus. Its typical month runs $164, against $196 for injections. That spray figure comes from 80 sellers.
What changes the monthly price
- How many milligrams the vial holds, and how many injections it is meant to cover.
- Whether the plan is month to month or billed for three or six months at once.
- Whether the clinician visit and follow-ups are inside the price or a separate fee.
- Whether syringes, alcohol pads and cold shipping are included.
Two quotes compare cleanly only when those four match. Ask for the milligrams per vial and the injections per vial in writing. The NAD+ price units guide shows how to put a per-vial quote and a monthly quote on the same footing. Supplies are priced in peptide needles and syringes.
A home shot is not a clinic drip
An IV drip at a clinic is a separate product, billed per session. One pilot study ran NAD+ into a vein for 6 hours at 3 μmol per minute[1]. For at least the first 2 hours, no rise in blood NAD+ or its breakdown products was measured[1]. The authors concluded the infused NAD+ was rapidly and completely removed from the plasma over that time[1].
That pilot measured where the molecule went, not whether anyone felt or functioned better[1]. What a drip costs per chair is in NAD IV therapy near me.
What the money buys, in evidence
A 2026 systematic review searched human and rodent studies of NAD-related compounds from 2010 to October 2025[2]. It found 113 eligible studies, 33 of them in humans and 28 of those randomized[2].
Most of the human trials gave oral precursors, nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN)[2]. Those raised NAD-related markers in the blood[2]. Effects on function, metabolism and other health outcomes were mixed and often null[2].
So the monthly figure is known, and the benefit is not established. The supplement route, and what it costs, is set beside the injection in NAD supplement vs injection.
Why a pharmacy can fill it
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) is listed in FDA’s 503A Category 1, bulk drug substances under evaluation[3]. NADH sits in the same category[3].
While a Category 1 substance is evaluated, FDA does not intend to act against pharmacies that compound with it[4]. Conditions apply[4]. The bulk ingredient must come from a registered manufacturer and carry a valid certificate of analysis[4].
That is a stance on enforcement, not an approval. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved[5]. FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold[5]. The pharmacy tiers are explained in 503A vs 503B.
Paying for it
Most buyers pay cash. Plans rarely cover a compounded wellness drug, as is peptide therapy covered by insurance explains. Whether a health savings account can pay is covered in can you use an HSA for peptides.
