The bill, in one line
Brello prints $133 a month and bills $399 today. The smallest sum you can hand over is $399, and it repeats four times a year.
Brello Health is a cash-pay telehealth shop that sells plans, not months. Everything is compounded and nothing is FDA-approved. The weight line runs semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections. The longevity line runs sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione, all injections, plus a lipotropic shot. Five bundles pair a GLP-1 with a peptide. It names its compounding pharmacy and its telehealth practice in its own terms, which most sellers do not. The intake comes after payment, not before.
The advertised figure and the billed figure are different numbers, and the site shows both. Compounded semaglutide reads "$133/month* special", footnoted "3-month plan minimum. Automatically renews for $399 every 11 weeks". The card beside it says "Billed $399 today". Tirzepatide is $166 a month and "$499 every 11 weeks". A newer six-month tirzepatide rung reads $149 a month against "$894 today". The peptides run on the same clock: NAD+ at "$79 per month special" against "$239.00 every 3 months", sermorelin at "$116 per month special" against $349, glutathione at $79 against $239. Eleven weeks is not three months, so the calendar-month cost runs above the average printed. Brello never states that figure anywhere. The homepage and the product pages also disagree on the struck price. The homepage prints "$198 $133 per month" for semaglutide; the plan page prints "$599.00 $399.00".

- There is no month-to-month option on this site at all. Every product is billed up front for three months, and tirzepatide adds a six-month rung. The checkout terms list every plan in one place. Tirzepatide is $499, semaglutide $399, sermorelin $349. The lipotropic is $249, and NAD+ and glutathione are $239 each. Bundles run $549 to $997. The renewal is not a discount and the terms say so: "Renewal rates are the same as the initial charge for the applicable plan." The six-month plan ships in two halves, the second about eleven weeks after the first.
- Cancellation
- Renewals are stopped from your account, in the online portal. The notice is short: two business days before the next billing date. Refunds run on a tighter clock than that. Cancel before the health review and you get everything back. Cancel after a prescription is written but before dispensing and you lose $50. That window is 24 hours from the notice that the review is done, by email. After dispensing there is no refund at all. A renewal a provider declines is refunded in full, with no $50 taken.

- Included, and the checkout labels it "Expedited Shipping Included (5–7 Business Days)". The rest of the site quotes a faster window. The product pages say 3 to 5 business days, the cart rail 2 to 3. Four transit figures are live at once. Packaging is described as discreet. The only cold-chain language on the whole site is in customer testimonials, not in anything Brello states itself.
