An IV drip is given in the clinic. The visit is part of what you buy.
One pilot study infused NAD+ for 6 hours, at 3 μmol per minute[1]. Plasma NAD+ did not change for the first 2 hours[1]. The authors wrote that NAD+ was “rapidly and completely removed from the plasma” in that window[1].
That was a pilot, not a trial of benefit. It measured what happens to the drug. It did not test whether anyone felt better.

A session price and a monthly price are different units. Put them on one line:
- Ask how many sessions the clinic suggests a month.
- Ask the milligrams in each bag.
- Multiply the session price by the session count.
- Compare that total with the monthly figures above.
