Fees outside the headline

• Membership or program feenone

  "No membership fee" sits in the inclusions list on every product page, and the site elsewhere promises "there are no hidden membership fees or upsells". The terms reserve the opposite, listing "Administrative/platform fees (technology, support, coordination, intake processing)" among the amounts a program may charge, and the hosted checkout offers a $129.00/mo add-on pack before any medical questions are asked.

  "Provider evaluation included" on every product page, and the checkout states "You will not be charged if no medication is prescribed." ⚠ The terms contradict both, reserving "Clinical Services fees (Provider evaluation, visit, care plan, documentation, follow-ups where applicable)" and warning that abandoning an intake can leave "fees for professional time and administrative processing" owed and non-refundable.

The terms say labs "may be billed separately by the lab unless explicitly included in your Program price at checkout". No amount is published either way, and the checkout screens read before the intake did not itemize labs.

The fine print

Prepay

Where a prepaid plan is priced, it is billed in one charge and it renews on that cycle rather than ending. The semaglutide and tirzepatide three-month plans both read "FREQUENCY Quarterly · RENEWAL Ongoing" at checkout, so the block repeats until it is stopped. The peptides are the opposite problem: a six-month plan is referred to on every one of their pages and priced on none of them, and no total billed up front appears anywhere. The tablets name a six-month rate of $176 a month and never print what that commits a buyer to pay at once. Each peptide page does assert, in its inclusions panel, that the plan is month to month, while printing no month-to-month figure for it.

Cancellation

The product pages and the terms give two different answers, and they are not compatible. Both peptide pages say "Pause or cancel anytime, with no notice period". The terms set one: "cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next scheduled charge date", and a later request takes effect a cycle after that. Pausing gets the same treatment, offered on the product page and made discretionary in the terms. To cancel you use the account portal "(if available)" or contact support by email from the address on the account. Refunds are ruled out in capitals — all sales final, no returns, no refunds, clinical service fees non-refundable — and starting an intake and then stopping can still leave professional and administrative fees owed.

Shipping

Free and fast on every product page: a free discreet shipping badge, two-day shipping on all orders, and most orders processed within 48 hours. The terms keep the right to charge for it anyway, listing packaging and shipping among the pharmacy fees a program may include. No cold-chain or refrigerated-packaging claim appears anywhere, which is worth noting on a site selling compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and NAD+ injections. A lost or damaged parcel may be replaced at the seller's discretion, and the terms say plainly that this creates no general right to a refund.
