The bill, in one line
$99 a month buys the sermorelin program: medication, clinician check-ins and free shipping in one charge. Harbor lists no fee outside it.
Harbor is a subscription telehealth. It sells sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione programs, plus compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Board-certified US physicians review each intake through a partner medical group, and licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies compound. Harbor states it is LegitScript certified.
The $99 headline holds as a flat monthly price that Harbor says does not rise with the dose. NAD+ is also $99 a month and glutathione $89. Harbor's own pages print two semaglutide floors. The home page says $89 a month; the FAQ and footer say $99. Tirzepatide shows $119 and $149 the same way. No vial size or strength is printed beside a peptide price.

- Monthly billing is the default. The sermorelin page says multi-month prepaid plans save up to $600 against monthly, but no prepaid price appears before checkout. The billing terms say plans bill monthly or quarterly.
- Cancellation
- Cancel anytime in your account settings in the patient portal, or by messaging support. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Medication already prepared or shipped is not refunded. If a clinician finds you are not eligible, you are not charged.
