The bill, in one line
$99 a month buys the sermorelin program: medication, clinician check-ins and free shipping in one charge. Harbor lists no monthly fee outside it.
Harbor is a subscription telehealth run by Harbor Health Inc., which its legal pages say does business as Arbor. It sells sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione programs, plus compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Consultations run through a partner medical group, MD Integrations. Licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies compound, and none is named. Harbor states it is LegitScript certified.
The $99 headline holds as a flat monthly price that the sermorelin page says does not rise with the dose. NAD+ is also $99 a month and glutathione $89, both with the same flat-price line. Semaglutide is $99 a month and tirzepatide $149. Every page now prints that pair. As recently as October 9, the product pages printed $89 and $119. The GLP-1 pages call the price flat as the dose goes up. The FAQ disagrees: it calls $99 and $149 starting tiers that may increase at a higher maintenance dose. No vial size or strength is printed beside a peptide price.

- Prepay
- Monthly billing is the default, with no minimum. The terms add that plans can be "prepaid for a 3-, 6- or 12-month term". Those terms are discounted, and the whole term is charged on day one. The peptide pages say prepaid plans save "up to $600" against monthly. No prepaid price appears before checkout.
- Cancellation
- The FAQ names two routes: the account portal, or a message to the support team. Either one stops the next renewal; the current period runs out. The product pages promise "no cancellation fee". The terms still keep money. Before the prescription exists, $100 stays with Harbor as a "clinician consult fee". After it exists, the whole charge stays. Unshipped prepaid months stay with it. A renewal already charged comes back minus the same $100, if the refill prescription is not yet written. A declined applicant gets everything back.
- Shipping
- Shipping is free. The GLP-1 pages say FedEx, with delivery estimated within 48 hours of approval. The peptide pages say only "within a few days".
