PrescrYbe is a sales front, and says so. Its terms call it a technology platform, not a clinic or pharmacy. PrescrYbe takes the payment. OpenLoop Health clinicians do the prescribing. One of four named partner pharmacies fills the order. Those are RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Triad Rx. The live GLP-1 shelf has five cards. Compounded semaglutide comes as an injection or an oral formulation. Compounded tirzepatide is an injection. Two microdose cards cover both molecules.
The headline holds: each card's figure is the charge. Semaglutide injection is $249 per four weeks. Tirzepatide injection is $339. Oral semaglutide is $279. No card has a struck-through anchor or a first-month promo. The period is the problem. Four-week billing means thirteen charges a year. So $249 works out to about $270 a calendar month. Tirzepatide comes to about $367, and the oral to about $302. The FAQ calls it month-to-month anyway. The refund policy says charged monthly. The terms defer to the cadence shown at checkout. Check that screen before paying. No card prints a dose. The microdose cards are $179 each. They are a separate low-dose product, not a cheaper start.

- No multi-month price is published. Every card shows one four-week figure. The refund policy mentions plans charged two or more months at a time. None is on sale.
- Cancellation
- Canceling means you contact patient support by email. The refund policy also mentions the patient portal, where available. The request needs 72 hours' notice before the next billing date. Miss that and one more cycle is charged. Refunds are narrow. A full refund applies within the first 72 hours, before any service. It also applies if a provider disqualifies you. Otherwise, the month you cancel in is not refunded.
