RxPepsDirect is a telehealth that writes prescriptions for one named Texas 503A pharmacy. The pharmacy bills the patient directly for the medication. It lists sermorelin, NAD+ injection, glutathione and PT-141, plus compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. In-house nurse practitioners and physician assistants prescribe. The $39 visit and the $15 shipping sit outside that price on every order. At the listed starting dose of 0.6 mg five days a week, one vial lasts about five weeks. NAD+ injection is $100 for 1,000 mg, about $0.10 per milligram, and PT-141 is $75 for 10 mg. Semaglutide starts at $25 for a 1.2 mg starter vial, which the dosing chart calls a 30-day supply.
