The bill, in one line
The fee picture is clean: no membership, no clinician fee, free shipping, and no charge unless a clinician approves you. The price itself is less settled, because the site prints two monthly rates for semaglutide injection. No cancellation route is published, and refunds end once a provider has looked at your intake, so the terms favor the seller once you start.
Avono Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, as weekly injections or daily oral capsules, plus NAD+ and sermorelin. The other rates hold steady from page to page: tirzepatide injection is $299 a month, oral semaglutide $299, oral tirzepatide $349, NAD+ $249 in any of three forms, and sermorelin $259 as an injection or a tablet. The oral semaglutide card says $289, but its bundle is measured against $299. The site says one monthly price covers the medication, the clinician, follow-up messaging and shipping, and it promises the price does not rise as the dose rises within the standard program. Your card is authorized at intake and charged only if a clinician approves and prescribes, and the charge shows on your statement as CARE VALIDATE.

- Prepaid bundles are optional, and the site contradicts itself about them. The weight-management FAQ says Avono does not offer three, six, nine or twelve month bundles, yet the homepage sells four three-month bundles anyway. Those bundles are $699 for semaglutide injection, $777 for oral semaglutide, and $597 each for NAD+ injection and sermorelin injection. Divided by three, that is $233, $259 and $199 a month. At the $219 monthly rate printed on the weight-management page, three semaglutide fills would cost $657, which is $42 less than paying for the bundle.
- Cancellation
- The site publishes no cancellation steps. The terms say only that you must cancel before a renewal or processing cutoff that is disclosed to you, and that canceling may not stop an order already in progress. Refunds are narrow: the terms say fees are non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake, a prescription is issued or a pharmacy has started work, and dispensed medication cannot be returned.
