The bill, in one line
The pricing is as clean as this market gets. The exit is not: cancel fewer than ten days before a renewal and the next month is charged.
Rewinding RX sells nine prescription products and prices every one of them as a flat month. NAD+ is a 5 mL injection vial. Sermorelin is an injection. The weight shelf runs wide. Semaglutide and tirzepatide come as injections, as microdose injections, and as sublingual drops. One combination puts tirzepatide and NAD+ together. The storefront runs on a standard commerce platform. Each product has a subscription rung and a single-month rung. The subscription is the cheaper of the two.
The headline holds, which is the whole point of this seller. NAD+ prints "Monthly NAD+ subscription $139 /month" beside "One month of NAD+ $149 one-time", and those are the only two rungs. Sermorelin is $189.00, semaglutide $139.00 and tirzepatide $189.00. The microdose pair is $119.00 and $169.00. The sublingual drops are $139.00 and $169.00, and the combination is $199.00. Nothing is struck through and nothing is conditional on a term. The dose ladders sit under the prices, not behind a quiz. Semaglutide runs "0.25 mg / 0.5 mg | 0.5 mg | 1 mg / 1.25 mg | 1.5 mg | 2 mg | 2.5 mg". Tirzepatide runs "2.125 mg | 4.25 mg | 6.375 mg | 8.5 mg | 10 mg | 12.5 mg | 14.5 mg". Every rung costs the same. One promise does not survive arithmetic. Each product page badges its subscription rung "Subscribe to Save 10%". On most of them the saving is smaller. On the combination of tirzepatide and NAD+ both rungs are $199, so there is no saving.

- Prepay
- Nothing is sold by the term here. There is no multi-month price on any product, no quarterly or annual rung, and no total billed up front. The alternative is one month bought at a time, at a higher figure. The recurring rate is also the floor. That is the opposite of most of this market. It removes the usual question of what the advertised number buys.
- Cancellation
- This is where the site and its terms part company. The homepage promises "No hidden or cancellation fees" and "Cancel anytime", and the product pages say "Pause or cancel at anytime". The terms set a deadline: "Unless you cancel at least ten (10) days before the applicable renewal processing date of your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for another period." They also warn that "your shipments may be charged and shipped up to five days early", and that partially used periods are not refunded. Three routes out are offered and none is a button. One is a contact address on a different domain from the footer's. One is messaging through the account. The third is a phone number printed as a row of hashes. It cannot be dialed as published. A paused subscription resumes charging by itself if it is not canceled before the pause ends.

- Free on the front of the site, in express terms: "FREE Express Shipping, discreet delivery to your door." The terms reserve the opposite — "You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges, if any, shown at the time you make a purchase" — and add that delivery dates are estimates only. No transit window is published. The 24 to 48 hours on the process strip is the clinician review. No cold-chain claim appears anywhere on the site. The terms place risk of loss on the buyer once the carrier has the box.
