The bill, in one line
The brand pill is priced plainly and the headline holds at every dose, but the $75 program fee beside it is never reconciled with that figure on any page.
Rex MD is a men's health telehealth brand whose weight menu has moved almost entirely to FDA-approved products. The one price it charges for itself is the Wegovy pill, a daily oral semaglutide tablet sold as medication plus provider care. Everything else in that category routes elsewhere: the Wegovy pen is filled through the manufacturer's own cash-pay channel, and the Zepbound vial is described as coming directly from its maker. Beside the weight line sits a testosterone program that includes compounded sermorelin as an injection, which is the only peptide this seller names anywhere and the only product in the range with no rendered price at all.
The headline holds in the way that matters most on a titrated drug, because the same sentence that quotes it promises the figure will not move with the dose. The weight page reads "MEDICATION + CARE / Starting at $349/mo‡ / Injection-Free Semaglutide / 1.5 mg, 4 mg, 9 mg & 25 mg", and lower down it promises that lowest cost is locked "for all titration doses". The qualifier is where it frays: that double dagger is printed twice on the page and defined nowhere, so what it attaches to the $349 cannot be read. A second figure complicates it further. The medications list prices a "GLP-1 Weight Loss Program" at "Starting at / $75" with "Medication cost not included" inside the same card, and no page anywhere says whether a Wegovy-pill buyer pays $349 or $349 plus that $75. The other weight figures on the site are third parties' rather than Rex MD's: $499 a month through the manufacturer's cash-pay program for the pen, and $349 a month direct from the maker for the Zepbound vial.

- Weight care is billed monthly and the site says so plainly, promising "the flexibility to cancel anytime", and there is no multi-month price for any GLP-1 on the site. Elsewhere the commitment is the product: hair loss is sold "exclusively in quarterly plans", the antiviral is listed only as a three-month supply, and the testosterone program bills monthly while shipping quarterly. None of those rungs prints what it actually bills, so a prepaid total has to be worked out rather than read.
- Cancellation
- Two documents describe stopping a subscription and they do not describe the same process. The terms give one channel and a hard window. A cancellation must be made by calling the care team, and it must reach them at least twelve hours before the renewal date, or the order ships and is charged. Customers in California, New York and some Vermont plans get two extra routes, the member portal and email, spelled out as an addition the rest do not have. The FAQ is looser and offers the portal to everyone, alongside contacting the care team by phone or email. Refunds are the part that is not soft anywhere: "UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE", prescriptions cannot be returned, and the one guaranteed refund is for a buyer a provider rules ineligible.
