The headline and a flexible monthly bill differ because the advertised low care subscription requires a year and excludes medication. Compare the $99 care option with the ongoing price of your prescribed dose.
Sesame sells access to weight-care providers through its Success by Sesame subscription. Approved prescriptions are filled elsewhere, using your pharmacy benefits or an eligible manufacturer cash program. The public menu is brand medication, including injectable and oral Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo.
The advertised annual equivalent and flexible care bill differ. The care FAQ prices the month-to-month subscription at $99. An annual commitment reduces the advertised monthly equivalent to $59, while three- and six-month prepaid options sit between those choices. Medication remains separate on every plan. The public ongoing Wegovy injection price is $349, making $448 with flexible care. Low-dose oral Wegovy at $149 makes $248, while the $299 starting Zepbound vial makes $398. These totals combine the stated drug price with care; they are not promises about insurance coverage or every dose. One FAQ says monthly billing and another says every 28 days. Confirm the renewal calendar before buying. Higher-dose pills and tirzepatide can cost more than the entry dose.
