This is the rare seller that prices its consultations openly and never adds them up for you, so the first month is $250 and no page on the site says so.
SynergenX is a hormone clinic group that runs two businesses under one domain, and which one you are buying from changes almost everything about the price. Sixty-four physical clinics across ten states handle testosterone, women's hormone therapy, peptide therapy and in-person weight loss, trading under three different brand names depending on the location. Beside that sits an online weight-loss funnel selling compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, lipotropic injections and NAD+, and it is the only part of the business that publishes what a medication costs. Sermorelin and PT-141 both have their own pages with no price on either, and both send you to a clinic instead.
The advertised figure is a floor and the seller is unusually clear about what sits beside it, right up to the point where its own pages contradict each other. The online pricing block reads "Medication starts as low as $150 for one month of treatment", above "All weight loss plans start with an initial telehealth visit, regularly $100 before any discounts" and "Follow-up telehealth appointments every 1-3 months for $40 per visit". The product grid on the funnel prints four figures: compounded semaglutide "Starting at $150/month", compounded tirzepatide "Starting at $335/month", and Lipo-C and NAD+ both at "$180/vial" with no vial size, no strength and no indication of how long one lasts. Two sentences undercut all of it. The same page that prices medication at $150 also promises, under what the program includes, that "SynergenX covers the full cost of your medication, so you can focus on your journey without hidden fees". And the hero bullet above the $100 visit fee reads "Free Online Consultation".

- There is nothing to prepay, which on this site is a genuine virtue rather than an absence. Every published figure is a monthly rate or a per-vial price, no term is attached to any of them, and no annual, quarterly or bundled option appears anywhere across the eighty-six pages. Medication is billed monthly and the visit charges fall when the visits do. The one commitment the site does ask for is not financial in the usual sense. A patient who starts treatment is told they stay on their chosen payment path, insurance or self-pay, for the rest of the calendar year. A second page says that choice can be changed once a year.

- This seller publishes no cancellation policy at all, and that is a finding rather than an oversight. Every page in the sitemap was read: there is no refund policy, no auto-renewal disclosure, no notice period and no terms of service covering a purchase. The published documents are a privacy policy, a HIPAA notice and app terms, none of which govern what happens when you want to stop. Whether the $150 a month renews on its own is simply not stated. The closest thing to a refund promise is a sentence in the funnel's own steps: if a provider decides you are not a suitable candidate, you will not be charged.
