- Prepay
- The prepaid year is optional, but it is where the advertised figure comes from. A year of semaglutide is $1,188 and a year of tirzepatide $1,500, each taken as a single charge. Both divide exactly into the $99 and $125 shown. Declining the commitment costs $76 and $110 more a month respectively.
- Cancellation
- Canceling before a prescription is issued returns every dollar, fees included. Once it is issued the order is final: a compounded vial cannot lawfully be re-dispensed, even unopened and unshipped. A declined applicant is refunded in full, consultation fee and all. A damaged or missing delivery must be reported within 24 hours. Separately, a six-month promise refunds plan fees if six continuous months on the prescribed plan produce no weight loss from the logged starting point, or if a member is dissatisfied at any point within those six months.
