What a month of spray should tell you
A spray bottle is priced by the month. Its label should still give three numbers.
- Milligrams of NAD+ per spray.
- Sprays per bottle.
- Sprays per day on the prescription.
Multiply the first two for the bottle’s milligrams. Divide sprays per bottle by sprays per day for the days it lasts. A seller that cannot give these numbers is selling a price without a quantity.

Which NAD the pharmacy uses

The spray has no human trial to cite. A 2026 study gave NAD through the nose to mice with chemically induced smell loss[3]. Their smell function improved, and the lining of the nose repaired[3]. That is an animal result, in one condition.
Human NAD+ data come from other routes. In a pilot, NAD+ was infused into a vein for 6 hours at 3 μmol per minute[4]. Plasma NAD+ did not change for the first 2 hours[4]. For at least those 2 hours, plasma cleared the infused NAD+ rapidly and completely[4].
An oral precursor has a randomized trial. Healthy adults took 1,000 mg of nicotinamide riboside daily for 6 weeks[5]. Of 30 randomized, 24 completed[5]. NAD+ in blood cells rose about 60% against placebo[5].
