The bill, in one line
The one-month figure on each product page is what a new buyer pays, and it does not climb as the dose does. The costs to watch sit in the policies: longer plans are paid in full up front, and canceling after a physician approves you costs $100.
Amble Health sells compounded medication by subscription after an online physician review. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are weekly injections, and NAD+ and glutathione are injections too. Sermorelin comes as a daily injection or as a tablet that dissolves under the tongue, at one price. Plans run one, three, six or twelve months depending on the product.
On the product pages the headline holds. Each page prints a ladder headed Plan and Per Month, and the one-month rung is the plain monthly price. Compounded semaglutide is $179, compounded tirzepatide $329, NAD+ $199, sermorelin $159 in either form, and glutathione $100. Every one of those pages says the price stays the same at every dose. The pages also say there are no hidden fees and no membership, and that supplies and shipping are included. No page states a vial size or a milligram dose, so a cost per milligram cannot be worked out. The figures elsewhere on the site are looser. The homepage promises plans starting at $99 per month, a figure no product page prints. Paid-traffic landing pages quote other ladders and first-order discounts, and a sitewide banner advertises GLP $150 + NAD $100. None of those is the rate a buyer reaches from the product pages.

The fine print

- Longer plans are the other published option, and each lowers the monthly figure. Semaglutide falls to $160 on three months and $135 on six. Tirzepatide falls to $255 and $235, and sermorelin to $149 and $135. NAD+ runs down to $125 and glutathione to $75 on twelve months. Those are monthly averages of a prepaid plan. The terms say the duration of any bulk plan is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable once medication is dispensed. Six months of semaglutide at $135 a month works out to $810, all of it paid on day one. The terms also warn that disputing a charge to escape the 3-month commitment leads to collections. That wording sits oddly beside a one-month plan, so confirm the term at checkout. HSA and FSA cards are accepted only on plans of three months or longer.

- Plans renew automatically on the billing terms shown at checkout. There is no cancel button described. To stop a renewal, the request has to reach Amble by email to hello@joinamble.com, or as a cancellation request from the patient dashboard. It must arrive at least fifteen days before the next billing date, or it may roll to the following cycle. Refunds are narrow. Canceling before a prescription is written brings a full refund within five to seven business days. Once a physician approves your questionnaire, canceling costs $100 for the medical review, and the refund policy repeats that as a $100 cancellation fee before shipping. After dispensing or shipping, nothing is refundable. Two lines in the policies pull against each other. The refund policy calls consultation fees non-refundable even when nothing is prescribed. The terms promise to refund the initial payment when a prescription is medically inappropriate.
