Aquivia Health, priced

Aquivia’s flexible standard injection plans charge every four weeks. Annual prepaid prices and separate microdose offers need their own comparisons, and its cancellation pages disagree on the required notice.

The bill, in one line

Use the actual four-week flexible charge when comparing the standard plans. Confirm the controlling cancellation notice and any prepaid refund rights before paying; the lowest displayed equivalent requires a much larger initial purchase.

Aquivia Health, LLC is a platform connecting patients with independent clinicians and pharmacies. Current weight plans name semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, with distinct standard and microdose choices. Medical director Steven Bishop is identified, but the assigned medical group is available on request. Pharmacy partners named in the terms include RedRock, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Triad Rx.

The selected flexible four-week cards show standard semaglutide at $249 and standard tirzepatide at $339, explicitly billed every four weeks. Using thirteen charges over twelve calendar months, those equal $269.75 and $367.25 per calendar month. These are calculated equivalents rather than prices printed by Aquivia. They are not verified checkout totals. The lower annual headline differs from the flexible bill. Annual standard plans advertise $179 or $269 per shipment with one-time payments of $2,327 or $3,497. Microdose four-week plans are separately advertised at $179 and must not replace the standard program price. Supplies, provider review, titration, coaching, labs and delivery are listed as included in the compounded plan scope. Confirm the actual required panel. The summer discount ended August 31, so it is not a current reduction.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Prepaid 12-, 24- and 52-week options are optional alternatives to billing every four weeks. The annual totals are paid once; shipment continues every four weeks. A low per-shipment equivalent does not establish a small monthly installment. The ordinary four-week plan avoids that longer upfront purchase, though subscription renewal still requires cancellation.
Cancellation
There are two conflicting notice rules. General terms require five days before renewal, while the refund policy requires 72 hours. Contact the support team or use the patient portal where available; terms also name the app’s My Subscriptions area. Request written clarification and allow the longer deadline while uncertain. Routine monthly cancellation generally does not refund the current or past cycles. Unused-service cancellation within 72 hours and clinical disqualification have separate exceptions; multi-month unused periods have their own conditions.
Shipping
The plans describe free delivery and shipment every four weeks. Billing every four weeks is independently explicit for the flexible standard cards, rather than inferred from shipment cadence. Confirm the actual dispensing pharmacy, supplied amount and storage instructions. Branded products are listed per four-week fill, but their complete billing terms need separate confirmation. That supply interval alone does not establish a branded subscription’s payment schedule.
