The bill, in one line
What the cart bills is clear once a dose is picked, and nothing is added on top of it: no consultation charge, no membership and no delivery cost. Two things cost you clarity rather than money. The tirzepatide page advertises a monthly figure $50 below what its cart charges, and the 30-day guarantee on every product is narrowed by a support page that calls prescriptions non-returnable.

The peptide line is compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, sermorelin injections, NAD+ as an injection or a nasal spray, and glutathione injections. Every product is bought as a single order, and you pay at checkout before the medical intake begins.
The cart is where the real figure lives, because the product pages hide each variant's price and show only a headline. For semaglutide the headline holds: the page says "Starting at $199.99/month", and the 0.5 mg weekly dose bills $199.99, with 1 mg at $249.99 and 2.5 mg at $549.99. For tirzepatide the two figures disagree. The page prints "Starting at $149/month", yet the cart bills $199.99 for 2.5 mg, $249.99 for 5 mg and $399.99 for 7.5 mg, and the store's own product cards read "From $199.99". The ranked price is the $199.99 that checkout charges. Sermorelin runs $299.99 at 300 mcg and $399.99 at 450 mcg, taken nightly Monday to Friday. The NAD+ injection is $299.99 for a 6 mL vial, the NAD+ nasal spray $149.99 for a 6 mL bottle dosed across 30 days, and glutathione $389.99 for a 30 mL vial. None of these is a flat rate, so expect the bill to climb as a prescriber moves you up a dose.

- There is no multi-month price and no bundle: each order is one vial, pen or bottle at the price in the cart. Every product page also shows a lower figure, such as "As low as $239.99 per month with subscription" on sermorelin, and promises savings "on every refill". No subscription option appears at checkout, though, so that lower rate is not something a first order can buy. Treat it as a possible refill price rather than what you will pay today.

- Because a first order carries no subscription, there is nothing recurring to stop until a refill plan exists. The support page routes refills through a Manage Subscription button in your account, where it says you can change the delivery schedule or payment method. The store's cancellation policy adds that a subscription can be canceled "at any time" through the links in your order confirmation emails. Refunds are narrower than the product badges suggest.
