The bill, in one line
The monthly prices are simple, with no membership and no shipping charge beside them, and every product lets you stop from your account. Semaglutide is the exception, priced at $219 on its product page and $229 on its own checkout page. Refunds end once a parcel reaches the carrier.
ARSYNL Rx is the storefront of ARSYNL LLC, a veteran-founded company with a Dover, Delaware address, and it is a front for the clinical side of the purchase. Its consent form says it is not a healthcare provider or medical practice. The FAQ names MD Integrations as the provider network, while the product pages credit the Arora Health provider network. Manifest Pharmacy in South Carolina and RX Compounding Store in Miami fill the orders, and ARSYNL LLC takes the payment. Seven products fall under this site: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, a tirzepatide skin spray, sermorelin, glutathione, and NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray.
Every product page opens on a one-month plan marked Flexible and billed monthly, and that is the rate used here. Glutathione is $139 a month, NAD+ injection $149, the NAD+ nasal spray $179 and sermorelin $169.99. Compounded tirzepatide costs $269 a month whether you take the weekly injection or the weekday skin spray. Semaglutide is where the pages disagree. Its product page shows one plan card, $219 a month billed monthly, and the checkout page it links to heads the price $219 as well. Yet the description on that same checkout page reads Monthly ($229/mo), one vial per month. The figure carried here is the higher one, $229, until the seller settles which it charges. The tirzepatide injection comes with a limit printed on its intake page: a note says the plan has a six-month maximum. The skin spray is billed monthly, although its FAQ says one bottle holds exactly four weeks of supply. No page states a four-week billing cycle, so the monthly figure stands as printed. The product pages say pricing is flat, with the medication included and no separate membership fee.

The fine print

- A three-month plan paid once is the other published option on most products, and it lowers the monthly rate by a modest amount. Glutathione is $379 prepaid for three months, NAD+ injection $419, the NAD+ spray $449, sermorelin $480 and the tirzepatide spray $759. The NAD+ spray also has a twelve-month plan at $1,559 billed once. Semaglutide and the tirzepatide injection show no multi-month card at all. The NAD+ checkout page quotes its quarter at $425 in the description and $419 as the price, so the prepaid figure depends on which line you read.
- Cancellation
- The FAQ says you can log in and cancel from your account at any time, and that you will be contacted before each refill is charged. Billing happens when the medication ships. The refund page is strict after that point: once your card is charged and the package reaches the carrier, all sales are final. Before shipping you can still cancel from the account. The checkout pages for most products promise a full refund if a provider does not approve you. The consent form adds a deadline: disputed charges must be reported in writing within 15 calendar days, or the charge counts as accepted.
