The bill, in one line
The $90 on the pricing panel is the physician fee alone. The dose tool totals $299 for a starting Wegovy pen.
AskRx sells physician care and dispenses brand-name GLP-1s. Its FAQ is blunt about the boundary: "AskRx physicians exclusively prescribe FDA-approved brand-name medications from Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly." Nothing compounded is offered. Four products are listed, each with its own titration ladder. They are the Wegovy auto-injector, the Wegovy tablet, the Zepbound KwikPen and Foundayo. Care runs by messaging in every state, with video visits in some. Where the drug comes from depends on which page you read. The homepage has AskRx dispensing it through an affiliated pharmacy at cost. The terms send prescriptions to NovoCare, to LillyDirect, or to a retail pharmacy you pick. Over that pharmacy's pricing, AskRx states it has no control.
The site's own two numbers differ because they measure different things. The pricing panel reads "$90 /mo, Physician visit fee, not including medication cost". Its footnote adds "$10/month fulfillment fee applies to every order, for a total care fee of $100/month". Walk the dose check and the tool itemizes each product. Wegovy 0.25 mg is $199 of medication plus $100 of care, totaling $299. Wegovy oral 1.5 mg is $149 plus $100, so $249. The Zepbound 2.5 mg KwikPen is $299 plus $100, so $399. Foundayo 0.8 mg is $149 plus $100, so $249. Each total is labeled "Billed monthly". The medication line moves with the dose, which AskRx says outright. Only the $100 half of the bill is fixed.

- Nothing has to be paid ahead to reach the advertised rate. The plan is billed monthly. The terms mention quarterly and semi-annual options without publishing a price for either.
- Cancellation
- Cancel at any time from your account settings. Writing to support works too. The subscription then runs to the end of the billing period. Fees are otherwise non-refundable. One narrow exception exists. A refund can be asked for within seven days of the first purchase. That holds only if no physician consultation has happened yet. A price increase carries thirty days' notice.
- Shipping
- The $10 monthly fulfillment fee is the one delivery charge named. It already sits inside the $100 care fee. A prescription is filled through the affiliated pharmacy. It typically ships within a few business days.
