The bill, in one line
Four rungs per product, and the one every surface advertises is the longest. The monthly rate is the number to compare.
bmiMD sells plans with four lengths and one price each. Everything is compounded and none of it is FDA-approved. The weight line runs semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections, each with a microdose version, plus metformin and a naltrexone blend. The longevity line is the peptide shelf. Sermorelin comes as an injection, a sublingual tablet or a nasal spray. NAD+ comes as an injection or a nasal spray, beside glutathione. A lipotropic shot sits beside them. Its terms name the pharmacy that fills the orders.
Every product has four prices and the site advertises the deepest one everywhere. Compounded semaglutide reads "12 Month $119/month", "6 month $129/month", "3 Month $149/month" and "1 month $159/month". The 12-month rung bills "Total Price: $2,743.20 $1428". So $119 is a year paid at once, not a monthly rate. Tirzepatide runs the same shape from $179 down at twelve months to $249 a month. Sermorelin is the clearest product here. Its ladder prints "6 month $99/month", "3 Month $119/month", "1 month $139/month", and the page states the vial: "One 5 mL vial (2mg/mL = 10mg total per vial)". The surfaces then disagree with each other. Two NAD+ pages sell one product: one prices three months at "$149 /month" and "Total Price: $596.70 $447", the other at "$109 /month" and "$596.70 $327". The programs list advertises NAD+ "From $89/mo", which matches no rung on either page. The homepage prices the lipotropic at "$69/month" while its own product page says $89. A separate sale lander prices tirzepatide at $240.97 a month.

The fine print
- Prepay
- A real month-to-month rung exists on almost everything, and it is the dearest one. Semaglutide is $159 there, tirzepatide $249, sermorelin $139, NAD+ $159, glutathione $159. Above that sit prepaid terms of three, six and twelve months, each billed in one charge and shipped monthly. The seller states the cadence in one place only: "3-Month Plan – Billed quarterly for the total 3-month price. Ships monthly." The twelve-month rung is not described in that block at all, though six products offer one.
- Cancellation
- Two documents describe stopping a plan and they describe different things. The refund page says you cancel or pause from your account in the subscriptions portal, with no notice period given. The terms say instead to email, "at any time up to forty-eight (48) hours before the applicable monthly processing date". A $50 charge sits behind both: "If you cancel your program once your intake form is sent, a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee will apply." After that the door closes. All sales are final and partially used periods are not refunded. A prescription already at the pharmacy cannot be refunded at all. A buyer ruled ineligible is never charged, because the card is only authorized until then.
- Shipping
- Free on a subscription order, printed inside the plan panel on every product page and again in the homepage strapline. Delivery is quoted at three to five business days after approval. The terms then reserve the opposite: "You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges, if any, shown at the time you make a purchase." Both are live. No cold-chain or refrigerated-packaging claim appears anywhere on the site.
