The bill, in one line
The headline and a flexible care bill differ because the lowest advertised equivalent is an annual plan. Medication is a separate pharmacy expense, so no complete GLP-1 monthly total is available publicly.
Evernow sells access to menopause and midlife clinicians, including weight management with approved brand prescriptions. The weight menu names semaglutide brands and tirzepatide brands, with pickup or eligible delivery. It does not publish a pharmacy price for those medicines.
The flexible messaging membership is $49 per month. The $35 headline is a monthly average requiring annual payment. A three-month term costs $129, or $43 per month, and the annual term costs $420, or $35 per month. These are care charges rather than medication prices. Video visits can be billed to participating commercial insurance, leaving the applicable copay or deductible. The fine print
- Prepay
- Prepaid three-month and annual memberships are alternatives to month-to-month care. The low $35 equivalent belongs to the annual term, not a flexible renewal. Pay-per-visit is another route and does not require buying a membership.
- Cancellation
- Cancel from your account through Manage Membership. The membership remains active through its paid term and early cancellation does not prorate fees. The billing FAQ says no membership refund after you engage with the provider. It separately permits certain unopened medicines supplied by Evernow’s delivery pharmacy to be returned to that pharmacy for a credit or refund. Confirm the instructions for your own fill rather than assuming the policy covers every outside pharmacy.
- Shipping
- Prescription medication can be collected at your own pharmacy or arranged for home delivery. The public weight-care pages do not publish a universal delivery charge for every GLP-1 prescription. Most fills are described in the help center as 30-day supplies, separate from the membership billing interval.
