No multi-month price is printed. Each product page shows one monthly figure, and the FAQ says sterile compounding rules allow only one month to ship at a time. Refills then arrive automatically each month. A one-time tirzepatide pack is also listed, from $169, the same as the monthly plan.

Cancellation

The site publishes no cancellation steps: neither the FAQ nor the terms say how to stop a monthly refill. The terms say consultation and processing fees are non-refundable once an order is submitted, and every charge becomes non-refundable once provider review ends or pharmacy work begins. Prescription sales are final.

Shipping

The GLP-1 plans list cold-chain express shipping in what the plan includes. The longevity pages show a cold-chain badge but no shipping line in that list, and the shipping policy does not say whether shipping is free. Delivery runs 4 to 12 business days, including pharmacy preparation, to US addresses only. Lost or damaged parcels are a claim with the carrier.
