- Prepaid supplies are optional, and each is billed up front: glutathione is $172 for 90 days, $344 for 180 or $688 for 360, which the page itself prices at the same $57 a month. Sermorelin saves $10 on 90 days and nothing on longer plans. NAD+ and PT-141 are sold one month at a time.
- Cancellation
- The FAQ says plans refill automatically on the cadence you chose and that you can pause or cancel from your account, with no phone call. The returns policy makes every sale final once the charge has run and the package has reached the carrier, so a cancellation has to land before the order ships. The GLP-1 pages go further and say unused months on multi-month plans are refundable under the company's policy, yet that policy contains no such refund. No notice period is published.

- Shipping is free on every product page, and the checkout adds no shipping line. Orders ship in two to three business days and arrive in three to seven, per the FAQ. It says refrigerated medications ship with cold packs, while the returns policy says the company does not ship refrigerated products, so the two pages disagree.
