The bill, in one line
The GLP-1 ladder is published in full, every rung with its total. The peptide pages print a yearly rate as a monthly one.
Genesis Health sells two shelves from one account. The weight shelf is compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus three brand pens. The longevity shelf is the peptide half. Sermorelin comes as an injection or an oral disintegrating tablet. NAD+ comes three ways: an injection, a nasal spray and a face cream. Glutathione sits beside them. Prescribing is done by a named outside medical group. Everything is a subscription, and the plan length is the thing that moves the price.
Read the pricing page and read a product page and you will think they belong to different companies. The pricing page publishes a four-rung ladder with every total printed. Semaglutide starts at "$175/mo / $175 billed monthly / No commitment". Then $116.67 a month billed $350 a quarter, $108.33 billed $650 a half-year, and $91.67 billed $1,100 a year. Tirzepatide runs $225, $188.33, $175 and $125 on the same rungs. That page also names the trick it refuses to play. It says an advertised number "usually requires prepaying for several months at once", and undertakes not to advertise a discounted rate as if it were the monthly price. Every product page then does it. Sermorelin injection reads "$175 per month" under "* With annual plan." The ODT reads $95 and the NAD+ injection $165. The nasal spray is $119, the face cream $155 and glutathione $110, all on that footing. Lower down, the same asterisk is redefined as a two-month plan paid up front. That rung appears in no table on the site.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The two GLP-1s are the honest half and they are properly honest. A month-to-month rung exists, its total is printed, and the FAQ confirms the rest is optional. It says the 3, 6 and 12-month plans "are paid in full if prescribed, in exchange for the lower per-month rate", and that no package is needed to get a good price. The six peptide and NAD+ products get none of that. No prepaid total is printed for any of them. No monthly rate is printed either. What is printed is a yearly rate divided into months, which is the shape the pricing page calls a trick.
- Cancellation
- One route, one deadline, and it is a long one. Contact is by email only: cancel at least 15 days before the next billing date. Miss it and the seller may issue a 10% account credit at its own discretion. That is only where nothing has shipped. Once it has shipped, nothing. Refunds exist in two cases only. A provider ruling a buyer medically ineligible triggers a full refund, unless the buyer withheld medical information. A billing error triggers one too. Beyond those, an order that has entered clinical review cannot be canceled or refunded. Canceling stops future charges and returns nothing already taken.
- Shipping
- Free on every plan and on every order, stated on the homepage and repeated on the pricing page. The transit estimates do not agree with each other. The tirzepatide page says it ships free in one to four days if prescribed. The FAQ says the pharmacy takes three to four business days, then ships two-day. Most buyers see the medication eight to ten business days after the first visit. No cold-chain or refrigerated-packaging claim appears anywhere. The terms disclose one thing the product pages do not: medication is not shipped in child-resistant packaging.
