Semi-annual is $834 for 6 months, printed as $139. Both are prepaid. Tirzepatide shows the monthly plan only. The terms say subscription fees are charged in advance. They renew automatically.

You keep the plan to the end of the paid period. Refunds are narrow. Dispensed compounded medication is a final sale. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a provider reviews your intake. That holds even with no prescription. Refunds are considered for three cases only. A charge in error, an order never delivered, or a damaged product. Each must be reported within 7 days. A chargeback outside that process can suspend the account. The weight-loss FAQ says more. Your card is not charged until a doctor approves treatment. Denied patients get a 100% refund. Every peptide page carries a 90-Day Guarantee badge. No peptide page states its terms. The erectile-dysfunction FAQ does: a refund of your first order. The terms of service never mention it.
