Hims sells brand-name weight-loss medication wrapped in a monthly membership. Ten tiles run across its weight page: the Wegovy Pen and Pill, a Wegovy Pill microdosing plan, Zepbound as a vial and as a KwikPen, Foundayo, and Ozempic as an injection and a pill. Mounjaro and Zepbound also appear at a much higher list rate. Nothing compounded appears on the page. The membership bundles clinician follow-ups, a connected scale that ships separately on opt-in, a members-only community and discounts at unrelated consumer brands.
Advertised and billed differ by $149 every month after the first. The tiles read "From $149/mo" for the Wegovy Pill, the microdosing plan, Foundayo and the Ozempic pill, "From $199/mo" for the Wegovy Pen and Ozempic, "From $299/mo" for both Zepbound presentations, and a flat "$1,899/mo" for Mounjaro and Zepbound at the top of the page. Each carries the same dagger: "Price includes medication only, if prescribed. An active Hims Weight Loss Membership is required ($39 for the first month, auto-renews at $149/month thereafter) … Medication is not available without a membership." So a $149 tile bills $188 in month one and $298 in month two, and the Wegovy Pen bills $238 and then $348. "From" is doing work too, since Ozempic and Mounjaro are stated to be available only to patients who meet the diabetes eligibility criteria.

- No multi-month price is published beside the monthly one. Membership is billed monthly and the medication is billed as it ships, though Hims does offer third-party financing through Klarna, whose repayment schedule, interest and fees it says are set by Klarna and may raise the total owed.
- Cancellation
- The terms give three routes and a deadline: cancel in-app, from your account online under "My Subscriptions", or by calling the number in the terms. It takes effect at the end of the current period, and the subscription renews unless the cancellation lands at least two days before the renewal date. A first renewal may be charged early, and later renewals up to two days early. Partly used periods are not refunded.
- Shipping
