The bill, in one line

The starter GLP-1 plans bill what they print: $149 a month for semaglutide, $249 for tirzepatide. Clinician, medication, supplies and shipping sit inside it. Maintenance costs $50 a month more on both. The NAD+ figures are labeled monthly beside two-month programs.

A Texas telehealth and mobile-IV company. Its homepage says it serves all 50 states by telehealth for weight and metabolic care. Its FAQ says most US states. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come as weekly injections, as under-the-tongue liquid ampoules and as a microdosing line. NAD+ comes as an injection or a nasal spray. Sermorelin and BPC-157 are sold as short protocols. Testosterone, hormone therapy and IV drips sit beside them.

The headline holds on the starter GLP-1 plans. Semaglutide is $149 the first month and $149 after. A struck $199 sits beside it. The program runs 11 weeks at 0.25 to 0.75 mg. Tirzepatide is $249 the first month and $249 after, beside a struck $299. It runs 12 weeks at 2.5 to 7.5 mg. Both pages still say "Discount applies to your first order." No lower first-month figure is printed now. Maintenance is a separate plan. Semaglutide maintenance is $199 a month. Tirzepatide is $299. The microdosing page says maintenance bills in 3-month increments. The liquid ampoules cost more. Semaglutide is $299 a month, an 8-week total of $598. Tirzepatide is $399, or $798. NAD+ prints $115 a month by injection and $169 as a spray. Both sit beside a two-month program. The page does not say whether two months cost one figure or two. Sermorelin is $50 a week: 9 mg for 4 weeks, 18 mg for 8. BPC-157 is $249 for 6 weeks.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Prepaid plans are optional on the starter GLP-1s. Three months of semaglutide paid in full is $422, shown as $141 a month. Tirzepatide is $722, or $241 a month. Each is one payment up front. The monthly subscription is the other published option. The microdosing starters bill quarterly: $33 a week for semaglutide, $58 for tirzepatide. The homepage reads "FSA / HSA eligible" and "Financing available". The terms list Affirm, CareCredit, Klarna and Afterpay as payment methods.
Cancellation
You can cancel in your account settings, or by email or phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Nothing already charged is refunded. One exception: a provider decides the treatment is not appropriate. Then the unprovided part is refunded. Renewals bill in advance at the then-current rate. A price change applies no earlier than the next renewal.
Shipping
Free, per the homepage. The GLP-1 pages say shipping is included in the price. Syringes and alcohol pads come with each refill. Vials ship from the pharmacy in cold-pack packaging. A damaged box must be reported within 48 hours. The terms still mention "applicable shipping fees" at checkout. No delivery time is printed.
