The bill, in one line
Every product carries a struck price and a current one. On four of them the site prints two different current prices.
Try Ageless is a cash-pay telehealth shop, not a plan. Each product is bought as one charge for a stated supply. The weight menu runs semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections, oral drops, troches and dissolving tablets. The longevity menu adds NAD+ as an injection or a troche. Sermorelin comes three ways: an injection, a nasal spray and a troche. There is a testosterone line beside them. Nothing compounded here is FDA-approved, and the footer says so in its own words.
Every figure has a twin, and the twins disagree. The semaglutide injection page prints "$99" against a struck "$229". The shop grid prints the same product at "$99.00" against a struck "$169.00". Tirzepatide is worse than that. Its shop tile reads "$219.00" struck to "$169.00". Its own product page reads "$149" against a struck "$219". That is two current prices for one injection. The tirzepatide tablet runs three ways: "$209.00" on the grid, "$289" on its page, "$389-289" in its own spec table. Sermorelin injection spreads widest. Its buy box says "$126" against "$176". The spec table beneath it says "15 mg $239-$289". A card for the same product on other pages says "$239.00" struck to "$189.00". Five coupon codes sit under those figures, each "$50 off" and each labeled "INTRO SAVINGS". A first-order code is not the price. No figure here is a subscription rate either. Each one buys a named supply: a month, or one bottle.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. The fine print
- Prepay
- No multi-month price appears on any product page. The terms still run a long section on prepaid multi-month plans. So a ladder exists somewhere past the buy button, unpriced. Section 8.5 is the part that matters. Cancel a prepaid term early and the months you took are re-priced at the shorter plan's rate. The discounted average is never used.
- Cancellation
- Canceling stops the next renewal and does nothing else. It runs through the patient portal where that exists, or by contacting support by email. The request must land before the next charge and before the order reaches the pharmacy. After that the medication cannot be returned or refunded. A clinical consultation fee is earned the moment a provider begins review: $40 on most services, $55 on testosterone. It is charged whether or not a prescription follows. An approved refund also loses the card processing cost, stated as 2.9% to 4.9%.
