The homepage and the monthly rate differ on every product. Semaglutide reads "As low as $124/mo." The one-month tab says $199. $1,488 for twelve months, divided by twelve, is $124. Tirzepatide works the same way. The homepage says $174. The one-month tab says $259. NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin all read $119 on the homepage. Each is $199 on the one-month tab. That covers both the injection and the spray. A "BEST VALUE" box lower on each page adds a fourth figure. It prints $149 per month on semaglutide and $199 on tirzepatide. No plan tab charges either amount. No product states milligrams. No cost per milligram can be worked out.

- Three prepaid plans sit above the monthly one. Each is one charge for the full term. Semaglutide: $437 for three months, $754 for six, $1,488 for twelve. Tirzepatide: $617, $1,114 and $2,088. The five peptide products share one ladder. Three months is $477, six is $834, twelve is $1,428. The GLP-1 tabs print a "Normally" figure $100 to $300 above the plan. Semaglutide's year reads "$1,488 (Normally $1,788)". The peptide tabs print a saving instead: $960 on the year, against twelve monthly charges. Klarna and Affirm are offered at checkout.

- Two pages give two routes. The terms say to email care@jently.com at least 48 hours before the monthly charge. The refund policy says cancel through your online portal or contact support. No portal steps are published. Refunds end early. None once a consultation is done or a prescription dispensed. Requests must come within 24 hours of ordering. Shipped orders are not refunded. Pausing is allowed for up to 60 days without penalty.
