Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for remaining provider visit fee or laboratory testing if ordered, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
Budget for a clinician appointment, possible tests and a pharmacy purchase rather than one monthly drug plan. The initial deposit survives an otherwise timely cancellation, so an advertised visit amount does not show every payment that may remain nonrefundable.
Klarity hosts appointments with independent medical practices. Its weight-loss service names Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro and Saxenda among potential treatments. You choose a provider who serves your state. That provider makes the prescribing decision, while the medication is obtained separately. There is no universal Klarity pharmacy price to compare with a seller that bundles visits and a prescription.
The public visit figures disagree as a single starting point: $49 on the homepage, $51 in the weight-service headline, and a $50–$60 estimate in that page’s plan examples. Each practice controls its price. None of these amounts buys a calendar month of a GLP-1. Medication depends on the chosen pharmacy, product and coverage; laboratory work is another bill. The site’s medicine guides include retail and savings-card examples, which are not Klarity’s own dispensing prices. Ask the practice for its initial and follow-up fees before assuming the advertised minimum applies to your booking. If insurance declines a service, the financial policy can leave the remaining balance payable by you.
Fees outside the headline
Initial visit deposit, credited toward the visit$10 once
Required initial booking deposit. This is part of the provider visit fee, not an extra medication charge. The deposit is not refundable.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The weight-care FAQ describes per-service billing with no membership or subscription. Its separate store sells optional Care Commitment Cards for use with participating providers: $100 buys $125 of service credit, $300 buys $400, and $600 buys $800. That is prepaid credit for eligible provider services, not a three- or six-month medication supply. Check the selected practice’s participation and the card’s terms before choosing one.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel an upcoming appointment in the account portal or contact support. The policy gives self-pay patients a refund when cancellation is at least 24 hours before the visit, apart from the nonrefundable $10 initial deposit. A later cancellation, a no-show or a completed visit is not refundable under the stated policy. Independent providers may display their own cancellation terms at booking. The service FAQ’s broad full-refund sentence needs to be read with the deposit exception. Insurance-payment refunds go through the provider rather than Klarity.
- Shipping
- Klarity is not selling a delivered medication bundle. Ask the pharmacy filling the prescription about shipping, temperature handling and delivery charges. The marketplace’s fast appointment claim is not a promise that medicine arrives within the same period.

FAQ
4 questionsDoes the advertised Klarity visit price include medicine?
No. The weight-care page describes the provider fee and medication costs separately. Labs are also excluded from the visit charge.
What is charged before an initial visit?
The billing policy requires a $10 nonrefundable deposit, credited toward the visit, then charges the rest 24 hours before the appointment.
Are Care Commitment Cards a medication subscription?
No. They are optional prepaid service credits used with participating providers. They do not establish the price or quantity of a medication supply.
Can I get the deposit back if I cancel early?
The stated policy keeps the $10 initial deposit even when you cancel at least 24 hours ahead. The remaining eligible visit fee can be refunded.
