LifeVine Wellness is a cash-pay storefront run by LifeVine Wellness, LLC, in North Carolina. It takes the payment and calls itself a technology platform. Prescribing is done by Dr Tel X, a medical practice in Kennewick, Washington. Unnamed 503A compounding pharmacies fill the orders. It sells three compounded injections: semaglutide and tirzepatide weekly, sermorelin daily. Insurance is not billed.
Each price is headed "Starting at". That makes it a floor. The fine print says the prescribing provider sets the actual price, based on the medication and plan. No dose ladder or strength is printed. The Pricing tab shows what the floor buys. Monthly is billed monthly: $247 for semaglutide, $347 for tirzepatide, $167 for sermorelin. Those are the figures ranked here. A footnote calls the prices estimates of the monthly cost of multi-month plans. The billed-monthly plan above it says otherwise.

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. - Three other published options sit beside the monthly plan. Each is one charge. Semaglutide is $637 a quarter, $1,187 for six months and $2,194 a year. Tirzepatide is $843, $1,582 and $2,957. Sermorelin is $440, $762 and $1,282. The annual semaglutide plan works out to $182.83 a month. Nothing forces a longer plan.
- Cancellation
- Every plan renews until you stop it. Cancel in your account under My Subscriptions, or by email. Do it at least two days before renewal. Otherwise the next period is charged. The first renewal may be charged early. Partly used periods are not refunded, except case by case. If you are not prescribed, the FAQ says you pay nothing for medication.
- Shipping
- Shipping is free and discreet to all 50 states. The FAQ says delivery time varies. Your care team confirms an estimate when the prescription is written. Taxes may be added at checkout.
