The bill, in one line
Nothing here is bundled and nothing is discounted: the membership costs nothing, the medication costs what the card says, and the two never touch.
Loop Health describes itself as a research collective rather than a clinic, and it sells in two layers that a reader has to keep apart. The first is a membership that today costs nothing at all and carries coaching, lab access, protocol design and wearable analytics. The second is the pharmacy, where compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are sold as injections or rapid-dissolving tablets, and where the peptide shelf runs sermorelin, NAD+ as an injection or a nasal spray, glutathione and vitamin B12. The catalog splits by gender, the prices on both sides are identical, and PT-141 appears only on the women's path. Everything prescription here is compounded and the terms say so without hedging.
This is the cleanest price grid in this round, and its honesty is structural rather than promotional. Every medication carries one figure per month and the card says which kind of figure it is. The GLP-1s read "ALL DOSES": $199 a month for semaglutide in either form, $299 for the tirzepatide injection and $399 for the tirzepatide tablet. The peptides read "STARTING AT" instead, which is the seller marking its own uncertainty rather than hiding it. They run $229 a month for sermorelin, $229 for the NAD+ injection, $299 for the nasal spray, $149 for glutathione and $59 for B12. The fine print

- Nothing is prepaid and nothing is bundled, because no term is offered on any product. The membership bills monthly, every medication bills monthly, and no three-month, six-month or annual rung exists anywhere on the site to tempt a reader into dividing a bundle by its length. That also means no total is printed, which is fine here because the monthly figure is the whole of the arrangement. Coaching is the one thing sold by the unit, at $149 to book a call with any coach, and lab panels are one-time purchases rather than a subscription.

So there is no published refund rule, no notice window and no stated way to stop a medication subscription, and a buyer would be relying on support rather than on anything written down.
