The bill, in one line
Few sellers publish this much of the ladder, and the week count under each rung is the reason the arithmetic can be checked at all. Check it. The savings badges come off an unlabeled figure, and the rung sold without a commitment buys 28 days.
A cash-pay telehealth selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide beside a longevity shelf. Of that shelf this site prices four: NAD+ as an injection, a nasal spray or an oral liposomal liquid, plus sermorelin and glutathione. A third line sells both GLP-1 molecules at a lower dose.
Two ladders run the longevity shelf. NAD+ in all three routes and sermorelin ask $99 for a first month and $149 after it, or $139, $129 and $99 a month against three, six and twelve-month terms. Glutathione asks $89 then $119, or $99, $89 and $79. Tirzepatide runs $149 without a term, then $146, $143 and $139. Each rung prints its own week count, and the one with no term attached prints four weeks. That is where the year gains a charge: thirteen refills at $149 rather than twelve, putting NAD+ and sermorelin at $161 a calendar month and glutathione at $129. The rate never moves with the dose, which the site states plainly and the ladders bear out. What does move is the headline: the "plans start at" figure on each product card is the twelve-month rung, so it differs from the no-term rate by $50 on NAD+ and sermorelin and by $40 on glutathione.

Twelve months of tirzepatide is billed $1,668 in one charge; twelve months of NAD+ is $1,188. Nothing obliges a buyer to take one. What the badges claim is the problem. A twelve-month tirzepatide term is labeled a saving of $2,400, being the gap to a struck-through $339 across twelve months. Bought a refill at a time the same 52 weeks costs thirteen charges of $149, or $1,937, so the term saves $269.

- "No contracts" and "cancel anytime" appear on the plans page, the homepage and the checkout line beneath every ladder. No mechanism sits behind the promise: it publishes no cancellation steps at all.
