The bill, in one line
There is no cash route to a GLP-1 here, so the useful question is what your plan covers. Visit copays appear after login, and the drug is priced at your pharmacy under your benefits.
MD Live is Evernorth's virtual care service, sold mainly as a benefit through health plans and employers, and it handles weight care inside its primary care line. A doctor can prescribe Wegovy, Zepbound, Saxenda or Contrave during a Routine Care visit, and the FAQ says it never uses compounded or unapproved drugs. The prescription goes to your local pharmacy or a mail-order pharmacy, so MD Live itself never bills you for the medication.
Nothing about the weight program is priced in public. The FAQ says the visit copay and the prescription cost both depend on your health plan, and the copay is shown once you log in. The home page lists primary care at $0, with a footnote saying it is available only on select plans, so that figure is a copay rather than a price anyone can pay. The drug's cost is whatever your plan and pharmacy charge, and the doctor can check coverage and request pre-approval first. That leaves the headline and your real cost to differ by both amounts.

- No prepay and no package. You book and pay one visit at a time at your plan's copay, which the site says is shown before you schedule, so there is no multi-month price to unpick.
- Cancellation
- There is no subscription to cancel, only appointments. A Routine Care visit canceled within 2 hours of its start costs $25, waived for Medicare and Medicaid members and sometimes for emergencies. A separate FAQ promises a full refund for any cancellation at least 24 hours ahead. To get a refund, you contact the customer service line and speak with a Health Service Specialist.

- Not applicable: MD Live ships nothing. Your prescription goes to your local pharmacy or by mail order when the drug is eligible, so any delivery charge comes from that pharmacy.
