This is the clean version of the category. One rate per product, printed beside a first month that says it is a first month. No membership, no consult fee, no shipping charge. The card is not billed until a provider approves. One product is priced twice on two pages, $50 apart, and that is the whole complaint.

Each one is printed as "$X first month, then $Y/mo". Semaglutide opens at $99, tirzepatide at $199, glutathione at $129. The discount is one month and the page says so. Three products state a strength. Glutathione is a 10 mL vial at 200 mg/mL. NAD+ injection is 5 mL at 200 mg/mL, called up to twenty doses. Sermorelin injection is a 5 mL vial holding 10 mg. Sermorelin injection is the one contested row. Its product page reads $189 a month. The pricing page reads $239. That page's first month, $189, is this page's ongoing rate. Ask which applies. The starter bundle needs the same care. It advertises $76 a month. That is $229 or $329 paid up front for three months, and $199 a month after. The fine print
- Prepay
- There is no prepay rung to weigh here, which is unusual. No product publishes a three, six or twelve month plan. The FAQ does say longer-commitment plans are offered at discounted pricing. No such plan is priced on any page, so there is nothing to compare. The one prepaid thing on the site is the starter bundle: three months up front, then the standard $199.
- Cancellation
- By email, not in the account: the request has to reach support. The FAQ asks for at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment. Pausing is supported: name the date and the next delivery is rescheduled. Refunds are the weak point. All sales are final once the pharmacy has dispensed. Before that, nothing is billed at all unless a provider approves the prescription.
