NowPatient is a pharmacy storefront, not a monthly program. It sells approved weight-loss drugs by pack and strength. A free video consultation comes with the order. The fine print
- Prepay
- There is no medication plan and no term here. Each pack is bought on its own. That is why the strength you titrate to moves the price, rather than a plan tier. It is also why there is no multi-month price to compare. Core+ is the only recurring charge, and it is optional.
- Cancellation
- Orders are returned, not canceled. The published policy is written to European consumer law. Canceling means contacting support by email or filling in the site's form. That has to happen within fourteen working days of receipt. The full item cost comes back once the goods do. Delivery charges are refunded only if the whole order goes back. Return postage is on the buyer. After the fourteen days, goods can be exchanged rather than refunded, within twenty-eight days of purchase. Opened products cannot be refunded or exchanged. The Core+ membership is billed monthly, and no page says how to stop it.
