Nurx is a women's health telehealth brand run by Thirty Madison. Its clinicians prescribe brand GLP-1s and a compounded weight pill. Nurx itself sells care, not the GLP-1. Pens are filled at a pharmacy you choose. The Zepbound vial ships from Gifthealth, which bills you for it.
The $349 is a floor, and it moves with the dose. The 5 mg vial is $499 a month. At 7.5 mg and 10 mg it stays $499 if you refill within 45 days. Miss that window and it is $599 or $699. Gifthealth also charges for syringes and pads, with no price printed. Nurx bills care on top: $79 to start, then $79 a month. The men's page shows $39 and $59 instead. The higher pair is used here. Brand pens run $650 to $1,300 a month by Nurx's own estimate, paid at the pharmacy.
