Bayan Health is a cash-pay telehealth that sells treatment protocols by the month. It lists sermorelin and NAD+ injections, an NAD+ nasal spray, glutathione, PT-141 and a GHK-Cu face cream. It also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Licensed physicians in a nationwide clinical network prescribe, and licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies fill. Its catalog also carries BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c and compounded tesamorelin, which are not covered here.
The headline matches the bill. Checkout for sermorelin shows $99 due today, a $99 monthly recurring total and free shipping. NAD+ injection is also $99 a month, and the nasal spray is $119. Glutathione is $89 and PT-141 is $199, each on a 2-month protocol. The sermorelin listing names a 10 mL vial at 0.9 mg per mL without saying how long it lasts, so no cost per milligram can be worked out. Standard semaglutide is $129 a month and tirzepatide $149; microdose versions sell for $99 and $119.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Nothing is paid up front beyond the first month. Each protocol is billed monthly, even though the full 3-month sermorelin supply ships at once and NAD+ ships three months of medication at a time. The home page promises no annual prepay.
- Cancellation
- Every protocol opens with a commitment: 90 days for sermorelin, NAD+ and the GHK-Cu cream, 60 days for glutathione and PT-141. It cannot be canceled during that period, and after it the plan renews month to month. The FAQ says you can cancel from your account or through support. The terms add a catch: notice must arrive at least 15 days before the next cycle, or a new 60- or 90-day protocol can start. Medication is not refundable once it is prepared or shipped.
