Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures.
The bill, in one line
The monthly figure is the bill. No consult fee, no membership, no lab fee sits on top of it. The weak spot is leaving: the terms want five business days' notice by email or phone. No dose is printed for any product, so cost per milligram cannot be worked out.
A cash-pay telehealth subscription. Three peptides carry a price: sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione, each a self-injected shot. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are sold month to month or as a three-month pack. A microdosing GLP-1 line is priced only inside its intake. Brand Zepbound is a $100 doctor consult, with the drug bought from LillyDirect. Testosterone is sold separately.
The headline holds. Each lander prints one figure and says it covers the drug, the clinical evaluation, follow-up and standard shipping. Sermorelin is $129 a month. NAD+ is $129. Glutathione is $99. Each page says "Billed monthly" and "One month at a time — no packs, no bundles." The GLP-1s have two rungs. Semaglutide is $129 month to month, or $99 a month on a three-month pack. Tirzepatide is $149, or $119 on the pack. Both are "Any dose, same flat price." The rate is locked. The terms keep a promotional price "for as long as the subscription remains continuously active." Cancel or let a payment fail, and the lock can go. Each page compares itself with a "typical" price: $260 for sermorelin, $249 for NAD+, $199 for glutathione. None of those figures is sourced. Ignore them. No milligram, vial size or schedule appears on any product page. A month's price buys an unstated amount. Brand Zepbound is different. The $100 is a consult fee, not a drug price. LillyDirect bills the medication separately.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- None of the three peptides offers a prepaid option. Each bills monthly. The GLP-1s add a three-month pack billed once: $297 for semaglutide, $357 for tirzepatide. That saves $90 on either drug against three single months. The pack is optional. The month-to-month rate is the one ranked here.
- Cancellation
- Two pages, two answers. Every lander's FAQ says you can cancel "directly from your Brightmeds account, or by emailing." The Refunds & Cancellation terms say to contact support by email or phone. They want at least five business days before the next renewal. Miss that and the cancellation may slip a month. An order already compounded or shipped is charged anyway. Charges are "generally non-refundable" once the drug is made. Dispensed medication cannot be returned. There is no minimum term. A renewal reminder is emailed before each charge. Checkout places a hold, not a charge. If the review runs past five days, the hold may be charged before a decision. Not approved means a full refund, returned in 5 to 10 business days.
- Shipping
- Standard shipping is inside the monthly price. The terms limit that to the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are on the GLP-1 state list anyway, so ask before ordering there. Expedited shipping costs extra; no price is published. New prescriptions ship in 3 to 8 business days, per the terms. Two compounding pharmacies fill orders, Southend and Red Rock, both named only in the terms.

FAQ
4 questionsWhat does a month cost?
Sermorelin $129, NAD+ $129, glutathione $99. Semaglutide is $129 and tirzepatide $149 month to month. Shipping, the evaluation and follow-up are inside each figure.
Will the price rise after the first month?
Not while you stay. The pages say the rate is not a promo month, and the terms hold it while the plan is active. Cancel or miss a payment and the lock can lapse.
How do I cancel?
Email or call support at least five business days before renewal. The FAQ also points to your account. An order already compounded or shipped is still charged.
How much drug does $129 buy?
Not stated. No product page prints a milligram, a vial size or a schedule. The clinician sets the dose after approval.
