Tirzepatide injection: $800 or $1,450. The tirzepatide tablet: $850 or $1,600. NAD+ and sermorelin: $450, $750, or $1,400 for twelve months. Six monthly payments of $219 come to $1,314. The six-month prepay is $414 less. Three- and six-month plans ship in two parts. The second ships near the end of the first period.
