The bill, in one line
The $270 subscription is the one honest figure here. It bills $280.77, because a fee no page mentions is added at the cart.
PeterMD is a men's health shop with a weight line bolted on. It sells compounded semaglutide with B12, compounded tirzepatide, sermorelin and NAD+. NAD+ comes as an injection or a capsule. Testosterone, enclomiphene, HCG and the ED range fill out the catalog. Most products are one-time purchases; only the GLP-1 subscription recurs. Nothing here is FDA-approved on the compounded side, and the site says so.
One product is priced plainly and the rest are priced twice. The GLP-1 subscription reads "$417.00" struck to "$270.00", flat at every dose, with the medicine included. That figure holds at the cart. Tirzepatide does not. Its page shows only "Get Started for $149" and "Then $249 per month • billed quarterly • 60mg". The page's own Add To Cart produces $647.00. There is no $149 in that cart, and $249 across three months would be $747. The prepaid GLP-1 cards disagree with themselves too. Level 1 reads "$149/Month" against "$447 Total" for a stated 10 to 12 weeks, which is consistent. Level 2 reads "$139/Month" against "$834 Total" for a stated 8 to 12 weeks. At that supply the real rate is $278 to $417. Sermorelin is the clearest line on the site: "$211.65 / 4-Week Supply" and "$585.00 / Regular price: $634.95 / 12-Week Supply". NAD+ is $369.00 for two vials, a stated 8 to 10 week supply. Its strength is printed as 200mg/ml on the lander and 100mg/ml on its own product page.

A line reading only "Service Fee" is added at the cart, with no explanation and no mention on any product page. It was 3.99% of subtotal plus shipping on every cart tested: $10.77 on the $270 subscription, $8.44 on sermorelin, $25.82 on the $647 tirzepatide. The GLP-1 page's own FAQ answers the question "Are there any hidden fees" with "No hidden fees. The price you see is all-inclusive".

The fine print
- Prepay
- Almost every per-month figure here is a prepaid total wearing a monthly label. The $149 and $139 GLP-1 tiers bill $447 and $834 up front. The testosterone plan headlined "$79 / per month" bills $948 up front for twelve months. Sermorelin's 12-week rung bills $585 at once. A month-to-month rate exists on the main lines. It is always the dearest one, which is the honest way round. The GLP-1 subscription is $270, the tirzepatide monthly product is $299.
- Cancellation
- One channel, one window, and no refunds. The policy accepts cancellation only by contacting support by email, and only 48 hours or more before the renewal date. It says plainly that "No cancellations will be accepted less than forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal date". The GLP-1 product page says "cancel anytime" on the same site. Refunds are the hard part: "All purchases of Peter M.D treatments are final once medication is received", with no return even on an unused product. A damaged item is replaced, not refunded, and only if you send a photograph within 24 hours of delivery.
- Shipping
- Free on most lines and not on all of them. The GLP-1, tirzepatide and sermorelin carts all showed shipping free. The NAD+ injection cart added "Shipping $10.00" for a total of $394.12. One product page prints a "Shipping Cost: $4.99" line of its own. No delivery window is published anywhere. The tirzepatide product page says the vial "MUST BE KEPT REFRIGERATED" and the site makes no cold-chain claim about how it travels.
