The bill, in one line
The price includes visits, lab orders and shipping, and it holds at every dose. The cycle does not match the label. Budget for a charge every 20 days, and read the purchase terms before the help center.
A billing and marketing layer in front of a medical group. PrescribedRX says it does not employ physicians or dispense medicine; Telegra MD clinicians prescribe and an unnamed licensed pharmacy fills. It collects the whole charge itself. Priced peptides: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, a sermorelin injection, and NAD+ and glutathione as injections or nasal sprays. Hormone, ED and hair treatments sit beside them.
The card and the bill differ. Plan pages print "$169/mo" and "Monthly delivery". The product pages print "$169.00 every 20 days". The help center calls 20 days "a fixed billing cycle tied to your sign-up date". At that pace a year holds about eighteen charges, not twelve. One-month products, as billed: NAD+ injection and spray $169. Glutathione injection and spray $169. Sermorelin $199. Semaglutide $189. Tirzepatide $276. Each is every 20 days. The longevity cards strike through a higher figure: $219 beside $169, and $249 beside sermorelin's $199. The struck figure is an anchor. Nobody is charged it. Sermorelin prints two figures. A lower block on its page reads "Monthly Starting at $169 /Month". Its checkout totals $199.00, so $199 is the figure to budget. Every plan page says "Same Price at Every Dose". Each product carries one price, with no dose option. The help center lists what the subscription covers. Medication, unlimited clinician visits and lab orders are in. So are shipping and portal access. It adds that no fee for visits, lab orders or shipping sits on top.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The GLP-1 plan pages show only prepaid bundles. Semaglutide is "2 month + 1 free $420", sold as $210/mo. Tirzepatide is "3 Month plan $697", sold as $233/mo. Both renew every 10 weeks, not every quarter. The one-month products at $189 and $276 exist in the catalog, but their cards are hidden on the plan pages. Longevity three-month plans are $412 for NAD+, $399 and $419 for glutathione, and $369 for sermorelin. Each is billed up front and renews every 10 weeks. The purchase terms add a minimum commitment. Cancel early and "you will be charged a subscription fee for the duration of the commitment".

- Cancel from your account: the help center says to open the portal's Profile tab and select "Cancel Plan". It adds "There are no cancellation penalties or fees." The purchase terms are stricter. You must cancel before the next renewal date, and a renewed period is non-refundable. Refunds are told two ways. The help center gives three tiers. A full refund before a prescription is written. A partial one before it ships. Nothing after. The purchase terms are tighter. An administrative fee of up to $99 may be kept even before the consultation. The order is final once a prescription is issued. A provider who declines to prescribe triggers a full refund with no fees deducted. Two charges sit outside the price. Changing a prescription after it reaches the pharmacy may cost up to $150. Reshipping to a wrong address you gave costs $150.

- Free. FedEx, UPS or USPS carry it at no additional cost. Transit is 3 to 7 business days once the pharmacy has prepared the order. The first delivery takes two to four weeks in total, counting intake review, any labs and the clinician visit. Packaging is insulated. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 7 days.
