The bill, in one line
The one-time vials are the honest way in, because each dose and each four-week, eight-week or twelve-week supply renders its own price before checkout. The cheaper membership tiers are six-month contracts the page calls non-cancelable, which the site's own terms contradict. Peptide prices beyond NAD+ sit on a grid whose product pages require an account.
Rehydra+ Wellness is a cash-pay telehealth company in San Antonio that grew out of mobile IV therapy and says it serves patients in 20 states. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as one-time vials or as six-month membership tiers, and NAD+ as an injection, a nasal spray or an oral product at one price. Its shop grid also lists sermorelin, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, tesamorelin, KPV and two multi-peptide blends, alongside testosterone therapy and a lipotropic injection. Prescriptions go to compounding pharmacy partners that the site does not name, and medication ships from the pharmacy to the patient.
The headline is a floor, because both GLP-1 vials are priced by weekly dose and by how many weeks they cover. Semaglutide starts at $149 for four weeks at 0.25 mg and rises to $179, $199, $269 and $289 as the dose climbs to 2.5 mg. Tirzepatide starts at $219 for four weeks at 2.5 mg, then $249 at 5 mg, $319 at 7.5 mg and $649 at 15 mg. A four-week vial bought thirteen times a year is what this site ranks, so the starting doses work out to $161 and $237 a calendar month. The membership tiers look cheaper and are a different purchase. Semaglutide tiers are $119, $169 and $229 a month, and tirzepatide tiers are $169, $289 and $399, each covering two doses. Every tier is printed beside a "Normal Price" of $199 to $719 a month, but no product on the site is sold at those figures, so this page treats them as anchors rather than rates. NAD+ is $279 for a four-week supply in any of its three routes, $449 for eight weeks and $619 for twelve, and the injection page calls the four-week option a 30-day supply. A separate 2.5 mg semaglutide listing shows $399 beside a struck $479 and states no term. The peptide grid prints $250 for sermorelin, $220 for GHK-Cu and $389 for tesamorelin, yet each of those product pages opens only after you sign in.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Eight-week and twelve-week vials are prepaid supplies sold beside the four-week ones, and the discount is modest: twelve weeks of semaglutide at 0.25 mg costs $399 against three four-week vials at $447. The larger commitment is the membership. Each tier is billed monthly by autopay with a card kept on file, but the page describes it as a contract locked in for six months. Members get a free ten-week supply of B12 injections and priority if a medication runs short, and switching tiers mid-contract means asking the team.
- Cancellation
- How you stop depends on which product you bought, and the site's own pages disagree about memberships. A one-time vial does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel once it ships. The membership page marks every tier non-cancelable for six months, while the terms say a subscription can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle; ask which one applies before signing. An unshipped order can be stopped only by contacting the team while it is still processing. Once a prescription product ships, the sale is final and no return or refund is offered; for a wrong or damaged order, the policy only promises to try to make it right. If you financed through the Cherry payment plan, refunds still go through Rehydra+ first.
- Shipping
- The shipping policy says any shipping cost will be shown at checkout and publishes no delivery window, while the peptide page promises products shipped from the pharmacy for free. Orders go to the pharmacy only after a provider approves them, and temperature-controlled items cannot go to a PO box. A tracking number arrives by email or text once the order leaves.
